How Shop is a small but mighty hand made business located in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand.
Production Times:
Our standard production times on your order is approx. 3-5 business days. Please note that at busy times or high volume order periods this time frame can increase. Most orders will be print on demand, but I will work my ass off to get them to you as soon as I can!
Shipping:
All items are made and shipped from Tauranga, New Zealand. We use NZ post to ship your goodies to you. Delivery times are estimated between 3-5 working days for NZ and 7-14 days for international. Our shipping rate is a flat rate, all orders over $85 are free shipping.
Returns:
We accept returns of faulty goods within 14 days of purchase. However we request you advise us of fault immediately. Email [email protected] with photos and we will organize a replacement as soon as possible (production times may occur).
Return of goods (non faulty and change of mind) will incur return shipping charges.
Non-receipt of goods:
We are a friendly bunch here, and we love good fucking customer service. If your parcel has gone AWOL, we like to remedy quickly. Have a chat to us. Shoot us a (friendly) email and we will always do our best to resolve in a polite and prompt manner.
Order Cancellations:
If you require a cancellation of your order we reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee at our discretion.
Return of goods (non faulty and change of mind) will incur return shipping charges. At cost price and the above restocking fee. We reserve the right to refuse returns of personal use items and garments for sanitary purposes.
Please ensure all items are returned unused, unworn and as received.
